Caitlyn loves Vi and Vi loves Caitlyn. So why isn't Vi already claimed with pups on the way and a wedding on the horizon?
Anyone else might say it's because they've only been dating for five months or because Vi has only just moved into the Kiramman manor. But to Caitlyn those are nothing more than minor inconveniences that have already lasted far longer than she'd like.
She's a Kiramman and she's always been taught that a Kiramman fights for what she wants. When an opportunity presents itself you take it. You don't let it pass you by.
So when an opportunity finally presents itself Caitlyn doesn't hesitate.
Vi thinks she needs more time, but Caitlyn knows exactly what an omega like her needs. And she's determined to give Vi all that and more until they can have the perfect life together.

After a wild night in a bar, under the influence of alcohol, Vi is apprehended by the Wardens, who waste no time in locking her up in a cell at their headquarters. The next day, when she is taken to the Sheriff's personal interrogation room, the Sheriff is more than ready to teach Vi a lesson and take care of her rehabilitation personally, ensuring she becomes an exemplary citizen. But things don't end there as the Sheriff has set herself a goal, to break the omega's unbreakable will at any cost and make her her personal pet.

This is one of my two fics for several of the #arcanekinktober prompts.
Vi’s been living on the edge lately, reckless as hell and not giving a single fuck. But after a raid at an underground pit lands her in Stillwater for illegal fighting and public disorder, she comes face to face with Piltover’s new commander. Caitlyn shows up at her cell pissed as hell, grudge still burning after everything that went down between them. And yet, where there was fire, the ashes are still smoldering—and Vi’s never been afraid of playing with fire. Caitlyn isn’t backing down either, and she knows exactly how to use her power to break Vi down. The thing is, Vi wouldn’t have it any other way.

"I didn't say that."
“You don’t need to,” Caitlyn murmured, the words leaving her lips like a quiet fact rather than comfort. Her thumb passed slowly over the bruises along Vi’s throat, feeling the uneven warmth beneath the skin before her touch drifted lower, following the pale line of her collarbone in a steady, unbroken motion. “You can’t even deny it.”

She has Vi. A firefighter with a criminal record, amazing in bed, a toothbrush in Caitlyn’s bathroom, clothes in her dresser, and an irritating habit of sleeping wrapped around her.
They have never discussed exclusivity. They have never put a label on whatever this is. And Caitlyn is perfectly comfortable with that arrangement.
Vi, unfortunately, is under the impression that they’re in love.
Or: Caitlyn Kiramman is very good at criminal law and exceptionally bad at realizing she has a girlfriend.

Summary
If you read the Kings, Queens, and Vagabonds series, this is Caitlyn's POV of that story. Please make sure you read that first up to the end of Chapter 2 before reading this, otherwise it will make no sense and spoil the surprises set there.
The human is still smiling.
Vi looks at the needle-sharp fangs, the ice-cool hands, and the terrifying, dead-black dilation of Caitlyn's eyes, and simply assumes the girl had a rough childhood in the woods.
She doesn't hear the subterranean clicking in the back of Caitlyn’s throat. She doesn't feel the low-frequency hum vibrating through the sand, quietly dissolving her central nervous system into a warm, compliant slurry of oxytocin and heavy limbs.
Sitting across the lagoon, Caitlyn watches the pulse thrashing beneath the paper-thin skin of the explorer’s throat, cataloging the density of the clavicles and the caloric wealth of one hundred and forty pounds of prime terrestrial muscle. The human brought food, built a shelter, and offered her jugular to the dark with an open, breathless grin.
It is almost a shame she will only survive one of them.

Summary
After the fall of Vander Warwicks kingdom, Caitlyn decides to show him and his family mercy. She needs a heir to her throne, and with that comes with needing a mate to do so. Luckily for her, Vander has a daughter that can fulfill Caityln’s wishes. Vi tries to fight back with the arranged marriage, but knows that her family and kingdom will need this proposal.
