Summary
Ace woke with a choked off gasp, bolting upright in his bed. He could feel the sweat on his back and soaked into the sheets tangled around his legs, the smell of smoke and ash thick on his tongue. Burning reds and oranges flickered behind his eyelids every time he closed his eyes and the roar of the fire loud in his ears.
His breathing was loud in the room and it took several moments before rational thought trickled back in. He was in his room, by himself, Sabo was down the hall and Luffy was still on shift.
After Ace wakes early in the morning from a nightmare, Marco invites him over to nap together before their date. When their nap also gets interrupted, Ace decides that it's time Marco knew about his mental health struggles.

“Come on, babe,” Shachi murmured. He moved his hands to push Law’s shirt up so he could rest his hands against his partner’s warm skin, rubbing soft circles into the thin skin above his hip bones. “You’ve been so stressed, why don’t you let me take care of you? Just for a bit.”
Law frowned, running his hand through Shachi’s thick, red hair. “I’m sorry, I know I’ve been a bit…distant, but–”
“No, no I get what’s going on,” Shachi cut in. “I understand why you’ve been stressed, I just want to help.”
Law has been stressed to the point he hasn't been taking care of himself. Penguin and Shachi won't let that slide and decide to get him out of his head for a bit.
Takes place in the You Never Have to be Alone timeline but is not plot relevant and can mostly be read as a stand alone.

Steve has never won a fight. He’s had his ass kicked left, right, and center. Hell, Johnathan has kicked his ass. Steve can bat a monster, but when it comes to people? Steve Harrington has never really won a fight.
But that’s because he’s getting put in the wrong kinds of fights. They think he’s a hammer, when really, anyone who grew up BFFs with Carol becomes a scalpel.
(Dustin gapes like a fish. “Holy shit, dude…” Steve would chide language if he thought it would do anything. “You just performed real life Vicious Mockery. I think that guy took psychic damage!”)

Summary
Trafalgar Law knew /exactly/ how he had gotten into this situation.
Sure it was overwhelming, and he was liable to lose his mind if it went on for much longer, but he was at least deliriously aware of the progression of events that led to this situation.
But surely no one could blame him for losing his composure a bit when /this/ was what Kidd had in store for him.
