Summary
Master Michaelangelo was able to successfully send Casey back in time, but in doing so he created a split timeline instead of resetting the one they had. And instead of two timelines of equal length running side by side, the first timeline was ripped in half at the point of Michael's time gate. Now both timelines are unraveling from the tear point.
To be able to fix this, the four brothers from the future timeline made a deal with deities they don't quite understand. Using Casey as an anchor point between the timelines, they'll be able to go to the past timeline to act as additional anchors and work with their younger counterparts to repair the tear.
Except nothing is ever that simple, and because of the deal their first goal is to get at least one person from the living world to recognize who they are with minimal interaction.
