Tsunade and the reincarnated kage send sakura back in time to 5 yrs old to prevent the 4th war and stop kaguya. She unofficially adopts naruto, declares she'll be a medic, and asks to join academy. she gets discoverd by shisui uchicha who is worried of her "prodigy" being discovered and helps her train in secret.
She procedes to befriend itachi and sasuke, vowing to stop the uchiha massacre by bettering relations with the clan. She befriends clan kid classmates, discovers her dad was team with sasuke mom, nejis dad, kakashi dad as sensei. befriends team Ro and jonin like genma and gai.
Rookie 12 discover plot of missing orphans being taken Leads to root investigations with uchiha police and clan heads help. Sakura and shisui meet shin, and together with sai and tenzo they try to remove root seal and get evidence.
Sakura figured out balance of water, earth, and senjutsu to recreate mokuton. Harunos attacked on merchant trip saved and recruit tsunade, reveal timetravel, makes her apprentice and aggree to return to konoha to defeat danzo.
elders captured and executed, danzo killed while escaping, and shisui assumed death turned into undercover akatsuki mission. Tsunade 5th hokage, implements changes to improve care. Shisui donates his friendship lifesupport seal that saves many lives.
Kabuto has infiltrated as ex root to spy as medic intern. Sakuras parents get a profecy that probably revolves around her from a kudan.
The pregenin continue to train together and start internships. Tenten neji and lee get gai sensei while sumiei hiroto and sai get izumi sensei. Then teams 7, 8, 10 graduate.
Kakashi didn't want to teach and only doing d-ranks they dont train much with how late he shows up. After sakura argues with him over lack of training would be what kills them, he aranges a schedule that inclues co-teaching with the other genins sensei to cover various skills.
1st c-rank with team 10 to rescue 3 fire temple from cavein. Sakura reveals her byakuyo seal and gets in another fight with kakashi over being reckless. Tsunade backs up sakura as medic but also agres she should be more conservative with her abilities and listen to sensei.
Then wave happens, the boys get 1st kills, sakura follows haku after chat with naruto and offers peace. The bridge fight ends with zabuza and haku alive to potentially work for konoha or join mei. Sakura gets 1st demerit disobey kakashi.
Next c-rank deliver missive to kazekage interrupted when lost in desert and sasuke gets kidnapped. Sakura sends summons for reinforcement then try to rescue him, but get captured too. Sakura almost raped but kills him, they all get tortured for info, and kakashis eye gets taken. Undercover sand nin help them escape and shes able to reattach sharingan so he can turn it off.
Later 15 leaf rookies enter chunin exams, sakura makes less go to 2nd exam by not revealing 3rd stair genjutsu and help cheat during written test and stoping narutos speach.
meet karin in forest and quickly steal a scroll, then intercepted by orochimaru. They barely drive him off without geting curse sealed thanks to mokuton, but oro attacks team izumi giving hiroto a curse mark, sai his sharingan, and sumiye flips on oto team.
prelims are held in stadium with 8 teams passed. The 3rd exams will be held 2 weeks later with Aburame Shino vs Dosu Kinuta, Uchiha Sasuke vs Temari, Hyūga Neji vs Uzumaki-Haruno Naruto, Kankuro vs Uchiha Sai, Yakushi Kabuto vs Haruno Sakura, and Gaara vs Nara Shikamaru.
Temari tells her of her father acting weird and sakura tells her orochimaru replaced the kazekage to get sand and kusa to attack during the 1st round. Sakura defeats kabuto then discovers the spies planted bombs along the evacuation routes and set off gaara as a distraction. She is able to warn everyone and help contain the ichibi with mokuton. Itachi kills Kabuto, and with tsunade and jirayas help hiruzen is able to reap orochimaru.
Unfortunately sakura finds her moms suffocated body in the rubble and learns her dad is in a coma. Naruto has a brief kyubi flare up that she and the rookies handle. Sho survived but paralyzed legs, while kousuke and hayate are dead. The casualties are half as bad with her intervention and the friendship seal.
During the funeral her uncle tries to take her away to marry her off, but tsunade has officially made her senju heir. Shisui informs her that akasuki want to reveal hes alive and joined them as missing nin, and want to try and recruit her via konans offer.

A man wearing half ruined Atlas military garb and half Valean street clothes approaches the door. He’s smiling shyly down at Taiyang, which is a sharp contrast to the rest of him. He’s tall, gives Tai a run for his money in the muscle department, and has the brightest teal eyes Tai has ever seen.
He’s also holding Qrow Branwen piggyback style.

After the final battle is won, the kids come home to Tai with Clover carrying Qrow. Tai learns that Qrow started to get sober 6 months ago on the way to Atlas to be better for the kids trying to save the world. He learns they met while getting arrested then were paired up due to clovers good luck. Clove helped with withdrawls and negative thoughts, and after ironwood betrayl they become boyfriends. Tai is glad Qrow is genuinely happy.

During a marine attack during a storm sanji gets hit by a devil fruit that deages him and gets swept over board. Luckily the polartang crew fishes him out, and law agrees to reunite sanji with the straw hats at tonno Island in 2 weeks. In exchange for saving him sanji cooks and plays with the crew while snarking back and forth with law over clothes, the bed, and his skills. Law is constantly amused while also making sure sanji doesn't push himself due to the side effects. Law reunites sanji with his crew after a parting kiss, and resolves to kidnapp him in tge future to hang out with the heart pirates again.
