The sun was warm on the floor, deep in the core of the temple he could feel his papa and he reached, slipped into meditation he brushed against his papa’s brightness in the Force.

Summary
Suguru is no stranger to the growing disparities between them, even as Satoru desperately tries to repair them, to keep them together, lest they get separated in the violent current that the Blank Spot brings. Satoru is not cold, tries not to be, but in that moment he is no better than the wind that bites some shivering animal out in the snow.
For all his callousness (both projected and intrinsic) he tries to be softer with him. It is failing miserably, and even in the heat of an endless summer, there is a chill in his bones, remaining constant in every scenario.

"But that ruins the effect!" he argues back. "Murder music is supposed to get you hyped up for killing! Or at least build suspense!"
She shrugs, signalling that she's given up entertaining the conversation. "Makes cheery music all the eerier in my opinion." And that is that.

Tsumiki hums in affirmation. “I told him that was stupid, because love is good, and good things don’t hurt people like curses do.” She looks over at Megumi, their gazes finally meeting. “But you’ve always agreed with him.”
Of course Megumi agreed with him. He spent more time with Gojo than Tsumiki did, and he saw the scars love left on his soul. He met countless sorcerers in a perpetual state of mourning for the classmates and colleagues they’d lost. He lost Tsumiki once and vowed to destroy the world if it meant getting her back; then he lost Tsumiki a second time and consequently destroyed himself.
with both of their bodies overtaken, megumi and tsumiki find themselves in the same place, awaiting the end.
