Mori had decided that Dazai should also attend the 3rd year at Hogwarts to investegate what's up with Sirius Black. Meanwhile Snape tries his hardest to get Dazai out of the grasp of his guardian as Dazai tries to enjoy the last bits of the little freedom he ever had before he has to leave Hogwarts forever and return to the hell he came from.
