“Is that what you think I am asking for, Bumblebee?”
Bumblebee has no idea what to make of this new Prime. He is kind, brave, overly friendly, and nothing like his previous experiences with the Autobots, who had shunned the minibot for his past, ahem, career choices.
But, again and again, their paths cross. Like destiny. Or like Primus has a terrible sense of humor.
When the Prime comes calling one night and offers a very unconventional mission, Bumblebee, in spite of his tough little loner persona he has struggled to craft, is simply unable to resist.

However, there's nothing logical about not reporting Jazz, who has a secret relationship with Soundwave.
There's also nothing logical about saving Soundwave on the battlefield.
