It's amazing, really, what people can overlook. Sometimes it takes a mad scientist with a body-swap gun to make people pay attention to something obvious.
Obviously, now that the Vongola Tenth Generation knows exactly what's going on with their Storm, Hayato isn't going to be allowed to escape medical attention anymore.
(Despite all the needless hysterics from... absolutely everyone he knows, at least Hayato managed to get laid thanks to the shenanigans.)

Those with access to the Flames of Dying Will all have a bit of Other in their ancestry. Something that is both more and less than Human, and Skies are the least Human of all the Flame Types.
Putting a Sky under a Seal puts their Flames under pressure. Like the Nightingale in a cage who refuses to sing, a Sky under a Seal suffers in silence...
... until that seal breaks, and the Sky roars to cast the heavens down.

Summary
The really sad part is that I didn't really enjoy the franchise once the first season ended. Still, somehow or another I ended up being reborn as Jon Snow aka Aegon Targaryen.
A fact that I still thanked the old gods for every morning, because what limited knowledge of the series I retained was primarily focused on the Starks and the North.
That being said, there were more than a few things I intended to change about Winterfell and it's inhabitants long before Robert Baratheon hauled his hefty ass up here.
(Or: Someone very similar to the Author gets metaphysically substituted for Jon Snow and proceeds to shamelessly use and abuse the modern understanding of mental health and psychology to manipulate the Starks into being significantly more stable as a family than canon allowed them to be. Because fuck playing things for drama, the Starks are going to learn to recognize the crazy people and stay well away from them.)

Whatever terminology used to describe it, the end result would not change. Despite my knowledge of the franchise being woefully out of date, I still remembered enough to know what was coming, and so take steps to prepare for the future.
