    There was only a pale thing, in his own eyes, as time went, and as dullness installed itself, as escape attempts intensified.
    It was just a tale of how he was going to become the world’s greatest hero.

     

    But how to save the world, in the first place, if you can’t even save your own skin?
    The answer was to try.
    To never stop trying.

    Even if failure becomes the norm.

     

    Or: a story were Izuku is subjected to a psychologically horrific yet paradisiac environment, where the one person that cares the most about his flesh and blood becomes the monster to avoid at all costs.
