Peter dies. And then he comes back. And then Dr. Strange tells him it’s been five years and they all need to go help fight Thanos. And Peter’s about to! But then a big green portal opens and drags him to another dimension where some villains are talking about how they want him to take down the Justice League? Whatever that is.
Obviously, Peter isn’t gonna fight for the bad guys. He’s a superhero!
Except the bad guys claims to have a secret weapon that will make him obey.
The portal opens again, and there’s a…little girl? Who the hell is this?
Somewhere in another world, Happy is losing his shit. His one job was to watch over Morgan, and some green portal just swallowed her whole!?
Or: the Peter and Morgan in Gotham AU that no one asked for but I wanted because I need to spread my Morgan and Peter are siblings agenda

Summary
Peter didn’t know what he expected when Doctor Strange did the final spell above the Statue of Liberty (after all, it was hard to imagine a life where his girlfriend and best friend didn’t know him), but it certainly wasn’t to be sent to a whole different universe in a vastly different city with entirely different heroes and vigilantes. He also wasn’t expecting to find an alternate universe version of his biological dad still alive, either, but apparently this was his life now. Whether this was a good or bad thing was still up for debate.
OR, Peter Parker gets sent to Gotham City in one last attempt by Doctor Strange to keep the multiverse from destroying New York City. The events that follow are interesting, to say the least.

"Something funny?" Johnny asked, in a bit of an accusatory tone.
"No no, I just don't uh do well in awkward silences." Peter felt his heart skip a beat, then thump, and thump again. He spent way too much time staring at Johnny and now he's super embarrassed. "God I'm such a loser." He thought looking down so Johnny doesn't see his pink face.
But Johnny noticed anyway and while Parker was trying to stare down Johnny got a good luck at him, his 'smart' clothes consisted of a science pun shirt and slightly baggy trousers, almost like it was an older siblings or something, but Johnny thought that was kinda cute, and Parker's hair was slightly overgrown and covered his whole face while he was facing to the floor. But it looked also quite fluffy, Johnny wanted to feel it, he moved a bit closer to Peter before stopping halfway through. "What am I doing?!" Johnny thought, before looking at the boy and blushing slightly. "God I'm such a loser." He thought assuming that he should probably get the boy to actually look up. "Uhhh Peter, you don't need to look down." Peter brings his face up, "Oh uh I'm sorry Mr Storm." Johnny didn't notice what Peter had said but he did like how perfectly imperfect Peter's faced looked.

Summary
The last thing Peter needed was a multiversal turn-around in the middle of America's Crime Capital, with his New York and secret identity at risk and his mental health down the drain. Lost and alone, he finds an abandoned coffee shop in Crime Alley and decides to make a home (and hideout) out of it until further notice, before a big guy dressed down in leather and quoting Jane Austen stumbles inside and demands recompense.
One day is fine. Until the city's eyes are on him and the once-run down coffee shop becomes a haven for superheroes and civilians and metahumans alike, and all Peter wants to do is go back home and save New York.
Tangled in a web of adventure, secrets and lies, the Red Hood won't let him go, nor will the Batfamily.
And Jason Todd trusted him enough to put him back together. Over coffee and classical literature.

He didn’t feel the cold anymore. The snow landed softly on his broken body, unnoticed. Somewhere in the distance, people screamed, their panic a faint murmur against the overwhelming silence inside him.
Spider-Man had always known he’d die someday.
But the truth was, he was afraid of death.
The next time when Peter woke up, he found himself drowning in some unknown substance, his eyes burning open and limbs secured by what felt like metal. The water filled his mouth, nose, ears, and lungs, causing a searing sensation within him. He could feel his body attempting to heal, stitching up wounds as he struggled to remember the exact reason why this was happening. His muscles burned with exertion. The boy choked on the liquid until he could do so no longer.
He was pulled upward, unable to hear anything but a ringing in his ears. Coughing up blood and the green liquid, he turned his head to avoid further choking. The chains grated painfully against his skin, causing irritation and overwhelming stimulation. His wet clothes aggravated his skin, provoking an urge to scratch despite knowing there would be no relief. The rough texture of the table scraped against his bare feet and arms.
