Summary
Caitlyn and Vi meet and fall in love over the course of one autumnal weekend.
--
"I was just on my way to the harvest festival. Would you like to come?"
The question coming from Caitlyn is a surprise, but not as much as the sound of Vi's own voice saying, "Yeah, actually."
Clearly Caitlyn agrees, because she blinks in surprise. "Really?"

Summary
Five years after a crash brought Vi’s Formula 3 career to an abrupt end, she has found another way to stay in motorsport: from the Formula One pit wall, as Caitlyn Kiramman’s race engineer.
Caitlyn is precise, infuriatingly talented, and entirely too comfortable with Vi calling her Cupcake over team radio. Somewhere between race weekends, late-night strategy meetings and a relationship neither of them seems particularly interested in defining, the line between professional and personal has become increasingly difficult to find.
For now, it works.
Until it doesn’t.

Summary
Pausing what she’s doing, Vi places the mug down, staring at Caitlyn across the counter with a bemused expression. “Sorry, do you think my last name is Barista?”
Caitlyn plays it cool, biting her lip to hold back a smile. “Of course not. That’s simply the name I’ve assigned to you in my head.”
“Vi… Barista?” she repeats, barely holding back laughter.
Caitlyn smirks in amusement. “I didn’t mean any offense. It’s got a good ring to it, that’s all.”
Vi chuckles and shakes her head. “Just Vi is fine.”
“Alright, Just Vi,” Caitlyn responds, tone sweet and teasing.

Eight weeks, eight food-famous destinations around the world, and three hundred grand at stake...and, oh yeah, a celebrity chef judge Vi just can't take her eyes off of.

Summary
“Don’t you think it’s time?” Vi asked.
She did. Caitlyn really did. And she knew the longer they waited the further apart in age this hypothetical second child would be from Lavender.
The kitchen was quiet for a moment. This wasn’t something that would be solved tonight, and likely not within the next few weeks. There were so many moving pieces to this, they couldn’t rush into this. They both knew that.
Finally, Vi braved a different question, perhaps one she should have started with. “Do you want another—”
“Yes.” Caitlyn was quick to answer, uncrossing her arms as she met and held Vi’s gaze.
She was certain. She knew what she wanted, she just wasn’t sure if she was ready.
- Or-
Seven years after the conflict with Noxus, Vi feels it's time to expand their family of three to four. Her heart still plagued with memories of her sister, Vi wants her daughter to experience the same bonds she shared with Jinx. Caitlyn isn't sure if now is a good time. Between their work as enforcers, it's work enough looking after one child, much less two. And they both still have skeletons hiding at the back of their closet, their wounds still had yet to completely heal.

“Think I wanna get snakebites,” she says.
Caitlyn, pen in hand, freezes in her seat.
“Excuse me?”
“I want to get snakebites,” Vi repeats, now firmer.
If there were gears inside Caitlyn's head, they would be turning right now. Any moment now, smoke will start coming out of her ears with how hard she's frowning.
“You…want to get bitten by a snake?”
Sometimes you spot a piercing shop on your way to have breakfast with your girlfriend and it leads to the realization that you've been wanting things your whole life. The rest comes slowly.

Summary
"You don't know shit about being in here." The other woman shot back even fiercer this time, her words straight out dangerous.
To that comment, Caitlyn felt speechless for the first time, as though she had no professional reply to use anymore. She opened her mouth instinctively again, but quickly closed it back and rubbed her temples thoughtfully.
A charged tension filled the silence.
"Violet, I am going to win your trial. I promise you. But, there's only two things I am asking you to do." The blue haired woman broke the silence.
Vi didn't look surprised or even hopeful at her attorney's words. She heard this before. A shit ton of times. Yet... the assurance and confidence the woman said those words with made Vi's ears perk a tiny bit.
OR
Violet Lanes looks like a lost cause. Everyone thinks she'll rot in prison. And even she does so. Until... a new attorney is assigned to her case... and suddenly? Vi feels hopeful again. Maybe she can really win the trial this time. And maybe... she can win a little more than just the trial...
