Things always get worse before they get better. Shouta should have known once he started unraveling secrets about Aldera Junior High, it would kickstart more unsolved trauma brimming to the surface. Good thing Izuku's got a pair of supportive dads teachers to help him process through it.

    Summary

    A missing child report?

This really can’t be good if they’re asking Shouta, someone who doesn’t handle children very well, for help.

Midoriya Izuku. Age twelve. Last seen Thursday morning, wearing his school uniform, when he came over to his friend’s house so the two kids could walk to school together. He never returned that night.

    ***

He doesn’t want to be here anymore; he’s cold, he’s tired and he’s hungry. Izuku really hopes that they’ll let him go home soon. He misses Kacchan, but more importantly, he misses his mom.

He misses his mom so much it hurts.

He just wants someone to save him.

Golden boy with feet of clay,
Let me help you on your way.
A proper push will take you far -
But what a clumsy lad you are!

    - Stephan R. Donaldson, Lord Foul’s Bane

    Or:
Inko is deemed an unfit parent, so Izuku is placed with Aizawa and his family against his will. Shinsou has some issues with that and wants him gone. They both take things a little too far.

Note to self: don't accidentally fall in love with a prince who's in an arranged marriage keeping your kingdoms from declaring war against each other. Especially when you're spying on him as his manservant.
