Please enjoy these silly boys and their silly relationships - three works so far with more to come! Nothing is too series about this, a mix of show and book canon, and the timeline of their relationship follows the books more closely. Roz is allowed to catch feelings, as a treat. Shane is allowed to let his inner mean girl out. <3

Summary
So to see him lose his demeanor and act like he had actual feelings? Ilya would pay hundreds of money just to see that sight, and a hundred more to be the reason why Shane snapped.
Hence why he gets such a kick out of pushing Shane’s buttons—he gets to do it so easily because they’re roommates, and it’s all for free.
But Ilya’s not laughing anymore, no.
Not when those buttons have suddenly become jammed.
Shane seems to have had enough of his roommate's messy lifestyle. Ilya, the roommate, desperately tries to show him he can change.

Summary
Ilya is… well, Ilya.

The Russian menace. Killer on ice, even worse on sight.

The best captain. Perceptive, funny, a hidden softie.
But Shane knows him most.
Which kills him sometimes, because people so wildly underestimate just how good his husband actually is. He gets that it’s all jokes, harmless chirping, and Ilya also doesn’t care. But it starts getting annoying when people talk like Shane could “do better.”
Better than Ilya? The ILYA? He wants to scream in their faces.
But Shance can’t, so he’s going to scream into the void instead. Except somehow this void grows to 2 million followers in a week, and Shane has never been good at being subtle.
