When Peter Parker finds out the Avengers, his ex-girlfriend and best friend suddenly remember him, normally he would be overjoyed, in tears and accepting their invitation to stay in the tower.
    This is not that fic.
    Not immediately, at least.
Because Peter has been alone for 4 years; its going to take some time for him to come back to his old life.
Good thing Tony Stark is stubborn as a mule.

    Summary

During all of the twenty one years of his life, Yuuji never really cared about the fact that he was an Omega.

When most people meet him, they expected him to be an Alpha. His build, his height, the way he carried himself at first glance made it seem impossible for them to think anything else, especially with his scent hidden under carefully applied scent patches and copious scenting from packmates. Even after getting to know him, they thought he should have been an Alpha: his grandfather and parents were Alphas, as was his older brother and cousins, so his mannerisms tend to lean that way as a result. He honestly used to find it funny.

But then his heats started, and that’s when he really began to consider his designation a burden.
    _____________

After years of struggling and failing to maintain his heats, Itadori Yuuji turns to a matchmaking service to try and find him someone his Omega can accept.

Nothing could have prepared him for how this one choice would lead to his entire life collapsing around him.

Izuku was shaken from his ruminations by his phone buzzing in his pocket.

alienqueen: i’m gonna buy you a beginner energy drink

actuallyasleep: theres nothing wrong with my coffee

    purrple: oh please do

alienqueen: you dont have to wait for them to brew or cool off, and they have lids! you can just throw them in your bag and have them whenever

    actuallyasleep: absolutely not
actuallyasleep: why do i put up with any of you

purrple: pretty sure his bloodstream is just coffee at this point, he’d probably just immediately die if he drank anything else

    loud’n’proud: bc you love us!

actuallyasleep: that’s a wierd way to spell loathe

    loud’n’proud: …
loud’n’proud: for that, i’m replacing your coffee with an energy drink in the morning

    actuallyasleep: i want a divorce

had the thought "vigilante izuku adopted by dadzawa but they've been in a group chat for years and never realized it" and decided to write it despite not having written in like five years so i'm a bit rusty. other characters and tags to be added as needed, lmk if i need to tag anything else. probably gonna be mostly shenanigans and fluff, not a big angst person tbh
