Deku’s hands cup both of Katsuki’s shoulders.
“K-Kacchan,” Deku mumbles, voice rough. Something is fierce in his gaze, eyes blazing from where they meet Katsuki’s and he squeezes Katsuki’s shoulders. “Kacchan, you need an Omega. I-I can’t—”
Katsuki grits his teeth. He seizes Deku’s raised hands, slamming them over Deku’s head, nails biting into his wrists, hard enough to make him wince.
“Down,” Katsuki growls, using his body weight to keep Deku pinned to the floor, roughly grinding his hips down against Deku. He says, lowly, “Down, Alpha.”

Katsuki thinks Izuku has an eating disorder and he'll be damned if the nerd starves himself!
Everyone else in Class 3-A are convinced the two are finally dating, eventually convincing Izuku as well.

Summary
Katsuki thought of himself as the perfect boyfriend. He was, and he worked damn hard for that. He was dedicated to making sure Deku knew how much he loved him, and that he never wanted for anything in their relationship. He made him delicious and healthy bentos every day, he made sure to look his best for Deku, and he always made sure the nerd was getting good grades. Katsuki was more than happy to do everything to support his love, but he wanted Deku to be a functional member of society. He was the perfect boyfriend, but he couldn’t do everything.
But he would do anything.

Summary
His assailant leaps at him while he's distracted. Izuku shoves him on instinct, and the stranger shrieks when he hits the ground. He tries to roll over. There’s a vegetable knife sticking out of his back.
“Fuck,” says Izuku. “Fuck, oh god, I killed someone.”
(Izuku does have a quirk - it's the power to see when someone has unhealthy attachment issues and obsessive tendencies. That would explain why some of his classmates seem a little off.
Except Kacchan, probably. Kacchan's always been dangerous.)
