peter and harley are starks bio kids. Harley is older then peter by a year and he lived with his mom till she died and tony found out about him when tony found out about him he had his shit together. while peter was dumped onto tony during his party days he did not stop partying and overall peters whole entire childhood was bad. I.E.he had food water and everything he wanted but he had no love his father never talked to him and pushed him off to pepper/rhodny which made them dislike him bc they didnt want a kid and then tony became an avenger and they all had absolutely no time for him.The avengers didn't like him except for Natasha because she understood how it felt like to live somewhere for your whole life that was not your home. They didn't like him because he was very sullen and not talkative and scared most of the time. Then harly came around and he suddenly got attention and love that peter wanted from his dad when the only thing peter got was screaming matches and silence... He was not even allowed in the labs. Harley was ok but all in all he disliked him because of what he was able to do and what he had. Story starts w peter being 18 and H being 19.

He had first tried to arrest Izuku - who had become a fairly well respected vigilante; as respected as a vigilante could get - before the greenette had pointed out that he couldn't be arrested under the clause of vigilantism because he hadn't actually been using his quirk.
The two had kept meeting on patrols, first on accident, then as time wore on, they began to meet intentionally.
