Summary
“Alright, what’s up? What’s wrong with you?”
Pidge doesn’t hesitate, immediately going into, “Where is Shiro right now? Where’s Adam? Where is Lance, Keith? Do they even know you’re back? Do any of them even know you’re home besides me?” Keith doesn’t respond, electing to instead stare at his shoes, avoidant. As he always is. His silence seems to be answer enough and Pidge scoffs, disappointment in her voice as she folds her arms across her chest. “Right. Right.”

Or — Keith Kogane, alternative musician and adopted son of the affluential Shirogane family, departed from the entertainment industry and the lives of everybody close to him with a bang. Leaving was the only possible conclusion to an intricately, painstakingly written novel. It was inevitable. His feelings for Lance McClain even more so.
Two years later, he comes back to California. What follows is… admittedly, a bit of a mess.
