Peter was always close with his parents, but realizes that he kept himself from exploring in high school. He was sheltered. Hits a “fuck it” phase in college. At MIT. He goes overboard. Overdrinking or drugs. Tony gets a call. No hospital. Take Quinjet to MIT. Maybe Bruce. Maybe Peter pukes.Um, I ended up deviating a bit from the original prompt at Katie's request. This fic includes Major Character Death. You have been warned.

“I’m not giving you my home address.”

That made Rozanov laugh. “It is good idea,” he said. Stopped laughing. Started again. Blew out a breath like he had to get himself together. “I might do this to you,” he allowed, “but you have nice boyfriend living with you now. I would not do this to him. You are safe.”

Shane didn’t have an eating disorder— he wasn’t some teenage girl who saw a fat reflection staring back at her in the mirror. He just had a strict, nutritionist-monitored, macrobiotic diet that helped him maintain control when life felt unmanageable, which caused him enormous amounts of shame and distress whenever he broke it. That was totally different, and he really did not appreciate Ilya’s insinuations to the contrary.
