What if the chase went too well for Zuko and he makes it to the ruined village first? Here, in this abandoned village, he has to make a choice: Defect, accept his fate and move on to live a life outside the Fire Nation, or capture the Avatar. As his sister corners the fleeing Avatar with a predatory grin on her face, the fire prince makes his choice: Revenge against not only his sister, but by extent their father. But destiny is a funny thing, and now it’ll spin out a little differently than before for not only him, but the for the Gaang Azula, and Mai and Ty Lee.
