"Cale! Why won't you call me mommy? Say Mommy Drew!" The countess grins while holding Cale's old baby clothes, tucking them in a small box nearby. Cale huffed, crossing his arms.
"No, mother sounds more mature."
Roksu babbled, their young eyes staring at the happy lady, "-aren't you called Jour?"
The countess's smile stiffened, "huh?"
"HUHHHHH?????"

"We are totally screwed right now, like, not good. We got opps running in hot."
Roksu's momma has an unconscious twitch of her eyes at Deruth's language, "Where did you learned that?"

Cale is wailing at being (rightfully) denied access to the doors to run off, bringing tiny Roksu all around. Deruth can only smile at the crying spoiled child of his and say, "Okay, we will let you outside..."
"-But you better come home with a warrant!"
"WAHHHHHHHHHH"
Roksu's momma can't help but grasp her head at the sight of a grown man yelling "Yolo!" while a wailing child incoherently crying on not wanting to be arrested. Drew is running off with her child.

The one who cared for all of them the most, the one who took them all in, gave so many people hope, love, and a home. Why did this person always try to do things alone? Why couldn’t he rely on the others a little more?
