Zhao stares down at him with the same greedy half smile he always has when eying Zuko. It’s the one that says he owns Zuko’s body and there’s nothing that can be done about it. His chair is pressed close enough that their legs touch from hip to ankle as the alpha twists to face Zuko. With one arm on the back of Zuko’s chair and the other resting in the omega’s lap, Zuko is trapped and Zhao knows it.
He enjoys it.
