“Do you feel territorial? Like a wild animal?” Megumi says, and he tries to come across as playful, but the hitch in his breath betrays how he really feels about Yuji’s confession.
“Yes,” Yuji says, earnest and unwavering. “What was it that you said? Staking my claim? Yeah… That’s exactly what it is.”
Megumi awakens a feeling of possessiveness within both himself and Yuji upon recognizing the true nature of their relationship.

He tiptoes across the line of no return, molds and reshapes what’s seen as acceptable between family members, as he actively looks for a reaction in Naoya. And Naoya gives him what he wants—every. single. time.

Summary
Yuji’s head hurts from trying to make sense of the whole situation. It’s obvious that Megumi likes that what they’re doing is wrong, but at the same time, having to hide it is precisely what breaks him up inside. It’s a strange contradiction that Yuji can’t quite bring himself to understand.
He thinks that Megumi must be using the lack of morality in their actions as some sort of justification for something. Like, if what he and Yuji are doing is nothing but them being horrible people and bad boyfriends, then it can never go as deep as true intimacy and love between two individuals—two boys. They’re just two people who are doing bad things.
Fuck, but there’s still something incredibly intimate about that. To share such a secret, to be the only people in the world who know what they’ve been doing, is something that feels so deeply personal, that it’s almost romantic.
In which Yuji and Megumi make a series of drunken mistakes.

Suguru hesitated before he spoke again. “Listen, Satoru. I want you to forget about what you saw. And… I hope you realize how wildly inappropriate it was for you to even contact me to begin with.”
“How could I forget?” Satoru breathed out, and he leaned in closer, putting his palms down onto Suguru’s desk. He felt almost hysterical at even just the prospect of erasing that memory from his head. “I liked what I saw. Did you? I mean you looked at my profile, didn’t you? What did you think about it?”
Satoru finds his professor on a certain gay hookup app, which ignites strong feelings for Suguru that he had never noticed before.
