An accident brings Bokuto to the brink of death. It's the end of his volleyball career, and Kuroo just hopes it won't be the end of his life as well. Piece by piece, Kuroo wants to make things better, because he can't accept to see the man he's secretly loved for most of his life just dissolve in front of his eyes, and Akaashi wishes nothing more than to help him get there. As for Bokuto, he needs to fight in order to recover, and to find a new purpose in a life where he doesn't have volleyball anymore.
