Summary
This is where I expand on my tweets. The first chapter is microfics.
alpha Mike and omega Will from childhood, to biting, dating, pregnancy, childbirth. And a messy, messy breakup in between.
Will Byers loves being chased. No, he loves being caught. Playing tag as kids, Dustin barreling into him, Lucas lifting him up and spinning, and Mike. Mike just standing there, holding him, whispering, “Got you."
When they’re older, they greet each other kind of the same. Dustin hugs Will tight and sudden, as if he’s waited too long for contact. Lucas makes easy touches that send Mike’s eyes darting towards them.
Mike never touches Will, hasn’t for years, unless they’re alone. Then he holds on, doesn’t let go, face huddled into the side of Will’s hair. Slipping down to his neck: nose on Will’s skin, cold, except for the warm tickle of his breath. The push of Mike’s lips as he speaks:
“Got you.”

Summary
From the reddish puffy eyes, Mike knows Will’s been crying. The tears still clinging to his lashes fall when he first blinks. His cheeks are flushed a soft pink that seems to darken when his mouth slightly opens—he wasn’t expecting to see Mike, after all.
Even like this, he still looks like a vision from heaven.

For a second, the cool air of the fan hit the skin of his neck like a balm. A shiver ran down his back and Daniel thought it was relief, from the heat, the itchiness, the stares. It was actually the beginning of the end, and Daniel just had no fucking clue.
“What is that?” The voice, his voice, broke the stillness. Cut through it. Swiftly, elegantly, leaving no bloody mess behind. Lestat sounded mocking, sharp, like he'd wanted it to hurt.
“What?” Daniel turned back around to face him; continuing to show him his back, the fragile bend of his neck, felt too dangerous.
“On your neck. What is that on your neck, Daniel?”
__________________________Years after that disastrous interview in San Francisco, Daniel Molloy is working as a music journalist in Los Angeles and is tasked with interviewing rock 'n' roll's newest enfant terrible, Lestat de Lioncourt.
It wouldn't be an issue, if it weren't for the scar on his neck. Two rows of teethmarks, the gnarly outline matching that of Lestat's husband's mouth.
A second chance encounter for Daniel. A second chance at uncovering the dangerous, dark memories he has forgotten, or been made to forget.
