Summary
The ending of Chainsaw Man part 2 pissed me off so much I made an AO3 account. Initially I wanted to make an alternative ending to give the characters a satisfying conclusion (and of course give my girl Asa justice), then decided to tweak a few other things that bothered me earlier on in the story, then my imagination went wild aaand the plot outline document turned out like 10 pages long. Soooo...
Asa Mitaka is a misanthropic high schooler, whose parents died in a devil attack when she was just a small girl. Growing up with nobody to rely on, she felt like the world hated her... And the feeling was mutual. One night she dies in a horrific accident, but instead of eternal oblivion, a powerful devil offers her a second chance at life. But, much like everything nice in this world, it comes at a cost: Asa has to dedicate her new life to finding and killing the Chainsaw Man, a mysterious vigilante devil hunter that keeps his identity hidden.
With a lifetime of mistakes behind her, and a lifetime of the unknown ahead of her, Asa must keep on.

Don't know if this story is good or not but it came to me while being bored in class, and had thought about some of the recent popularity of Chainsaw man but moving on!
Reze was always a weapon before a person, that much was a fact from the day she was made into the Bomb Devil. She was given a task to kill the Chainsaw Man, she thought it would've been a quick and easy job, lure him out seduce him, and then take his heart, easy enough. She didn't expect him to have such an emotional impact on her but before she knew it, that illusion broke she needed to face her reality, she was a weapon, not a human. That didn't stop her from wanting to run away with Denji, he gave her a choice to run away with him, she really wanted to go with him but second guessed herself last second. He was persistent to run away with her it didn't matter where as long as it was with her, she thought it wasn't a bad idea, he'd wait by the café she could see him, all she had to do was get through the alley way but she hadn't thought she'd find her last thing she saw was red hair and orange eyes with red rings staring at her.
She woke up on a bed and looked around her. Where was she? What Year is it?

Togata had been cast as a lingering spirit in the theater of the afterlife waiting for Agni, but when a mysterious red-haired woman bearing the name of "Makima" stated she would conjure him back to the past to create a greater future, Togata is forced to accept the terms of her agreement. As he, the hybrid boy Denji and the fiend Power grow a closer bond as Devil Hunters through their numerous encounters, Togata wrestles with the weight of previous future misdeeds and begins to turn his outside self into the man he is inside.
As increasing irregularities pile up, the trio begins to realize that something is very wrong with the fabric of their reality, and has been for a long time. As revelations mount, Makima proves herself to be both a horrific enemy and a necessary ally against the worse horrors that wait at the doorstep for mankind.
This is intended both as a crossover fic and partially as a fix fic following Chapter 232 without decanonizing it, using a character I loved and had an arc that finished in Fire Punch but which I feel has even more potential for exploration and growth.
