The joint training session. Bakugou has never forgotten it. He did manage to ignore it though, managed to forget what its existence meant. That's on him though, and Bakugou has more than enough rage to direct it towards himself and Aizawa. But he will not leave his class believing they are safe, if they're not, will not let them blame themselves for the school's failure.
If he has to take on the whole of UA's faculty to get his explanation, he will. If he has to set aside his emotions, his guilt to get an explanation from Aizawa he will. His class deserves honesty. They deserve someone who will put them first.
Bakugou will be that, since apparently no one else will.~
It was all pointless, all the tightrope walking, his words they mean nothing now, not in the face of this failure. Aizawa knows that when Bakugou is standing in front of him, betrayed and angry, and there is nothing Aizawa can say that will change anything. Aizawa has failed, has let these kids down for the last time, no explanation can change that. He knows that.
