LilyBloom Theater is a wonderful whimsical theater for the outside eye. For the toons however, it’s a twisted wonderland. Especially for Starry; the moon toon with long black hair that glittered at night, moon pale skin, and black eyes filled with stars. The moon hated the theater, dreaming of the freedom of the outside world. And when the opportunity comes along, she snags it. With that, the young moon is thrown into the world she always wanted to know. What lays beyond the suffocating safety of the LilyBloom Theater? Starry is about to find out.

Shelly Fossilian, one of the Main Toons from the show, navigates a maze of personal struggles, her mind on the edge of unraveling, all while wearing a smile for those around her. The year is 1998. The Circus Troupe had been introduced to the animated Dandy's World show a couple years prior, with children fascinated by the three characters: Looey, Yatta, and Blot.
Delilah had little to no trouble with the balloon and piñata's creations, yet.. Blot took a good while to get supplies for.
But this year, they finally had the means of bringing the mime to life, completing the trio for the visitors of Gardenview.
Surely, the mime could enjoy Gardenview and life just as much as their Toon peers.
