Or worse, it would make the human cry and if there was one thing Peter couldn’t handle, it was seeing tears in his fiancé’s eyes. John would drive four towns over the day before so he and Peter had all the supplies and once Peter had arrived they would close all the curtains, shut all windows and do the unspeakable.

Because she knew that deep down Peter wasn’t a good person and he would use this opportunity to make their lives miserable. Derek had scoffed when Cora mentioned Peter would probably make them clean up animal poo all day, and then proceeded to defend their uncle by saying that Peter wasn’t that bad! Whatever Stiles had mixed in that spinach lasagne and chocolate cake, it was clearly messing with Derek’s head.

“Peter’s.” Cora answered drily.
“What?” Her father’s head plopped in from the hallway. He had been upstairs to change into swimming trunks and probably didn’t know that the anti-christ was currently splashing in a kiddy pool, while gnawing on a little wooden pool toy.
“Peter has a child.” Talia said faintly and Laura watched her father’s mouth drop open.
“He doesn’t.” His voice was disbelieving, but when he glanced outside and spotted the trio, shock spread across his face. “He doesn’t.” He repeated.
“Yup, Jordan confirmed it, this is Sheriff Stilinski’s grandchild.” Laura rubbed her temples in an attempt to chase away the headache she could already feel coming. This was the final straw, her brain couldn’t take it anymore.
“Holy fuck.” Her father said after a moment of silence and Laura agreed.

“You heard me. Peter takes care of injured mystical creatures in his spare time and Stiles has been kissed by a mermaid.” Laura repeated, watching how her sister’s world view shifted just like her own had. At least she wasn’t alone in this anymore.-
