They did not have names. They did not have a body, or even a mind, not completely.They were not quite aware of themself for a long time, though they had no real way to measure its passage. They felt the impression of disconnection, of deep, impassable void around them as they tried to parse through any and all information they suddenly had been given upon the not-quite awareness of being not-quite aware, but they also did not know there was a them to try and conceptualize, not yet.
