Summary
Dr. Minami spent his career treating "lost causes"—children who confused love with pain. He knew the Shiba siblings' tragedy by heart, a textbook case of systemic failure. In his studies, Taiju Shiba was the monster born of grief and misplaced duty.
Now, Minami wakes up in 1999. It is three days after their mother’s funeral. The house is suffocatingly still, and in the next room, two terrified children wait for a blow that is destined to come.
Looking in the mirror, Minami sees a towering ten-year-old Taiju. He doesn't see a villain; he sees a child in a catastrophic mental health crisis. The "Old Taiju" would have used fists to silence the grief, but Minami knows violence is just a primitive language for those who cannot mourn.
He has no intention of becoming a King or a Black Dragon. He will use every clinical tool in his arsenal to turn this battlefield into a home. The first step? Putting the kettle on and learning how to ask a ten-year-old how they feel without scaring them to death.

Summary
In another world, Aizen is a manipulative, treacherous individual who conducted depraved experiments with the ultimate goal of reaching and overthrowing the Soul King. In this world, however, another soul replaced that of Aizen’s consciousness when he was a child, resulting in a very different Soul Society than it was in that world.
Follow how ‘Sousuke’ lives his life as the Lieutenant of the 4th Division, accidentally creates a spy network through hell butterflies, and tries to prepare for the invasion of the Quincy that will happen in exactly four centuries. Add the fact that the captain of the 5th Division keeps trying to poach him, the 12th having a sudden interest in how he communicates with his butterflies, and having chance encounters with the original would-be Espada from before, Sousuke Aizen would have more gray hairs than Ukitake-taichou at this rate.
At least he has his idiots. They're practically the only reason he hasn't defected from Soul Society at the rate everything is going to shit.

Summary
Mitsuru Tenji’s life used to be measured in millimeters and diopters. As an optician, he lived by a simple code: everyone deserves "Ten-ni"—the perfect 2.0 vision. He never expected to be practicing his trade in the middle of a pre-industrial wasteland where the "Eye of Insight" is a bloodline trait and "vision" is usually something people die for.
Dropped into a remote, neutral trade town far from the active skirmishes of the Uchiha and Senju clans, Mitsuru doesn't try to be a hero. He just tries to be useful. He builds a life in the shadows of the conflict, grinding lenses from quartz and teaching the local blacksmiths about the geometry of light. To the villagers, he is a wizard of glass; to Mitsuru, he’s just a man trying to fix the world's most preventable headaches.
But word of the "Man Who Sees the Unseen" spreads fast in an era defined by Doujutsu.
TL;DR What would happen if an optician and an optometrist from our modern world is dropped into the Warring States Period?

She claimed nothing surprised her, so why in Hwanin's name is she here? Gone are the bright, suffocating lights of Seoul skyline, and what's around her is unfamilliar forests, and the faint sound of civilization from far away that sounds wrong.
TL;DR A Korean Spec-ops ends up in the world of Jigokuraku. What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
Danzo Shimura is a son of a bitch, first and foremost.
That shithead coveted power so much he has been headcannoned to intentionally cause his teammate Kagami's death, in order to steal his freaky, OP eyes. Danzo the Deranged would go on to order the massacre of the Uchiha to get more power of course, and lisitng all his crimes against his "Village" or more like his "posession" would result in an autobiography, so he wouldn't list them here.
What could he have possibly done in his last life that he woke up in the body of Danzo Shimura, unmodified and in his Academy days?
And without IbisPaint?!
TL;DR a digital artist wakes up as Danzo Shimura. He spams the undo button on canon and throws it, aflame, crashing through a window and making a pile of unrecognizable burnt mess on the pavement. Let him pick up a brush and start drawing his frustrations out, damn it!
