Summary
Every empire has to rise and then evetually fall one day. Usually it's a slow, excrutiating process. This story follows as the mighty Roman Empire as he tries to enjoy the years he has left before this happens to him as well. During that time he meets the one who would- even if indirectly- cause his fall, and unexpectedly they become close.
