Freyja was always an odd child. She was raised the same as the other children in the grove, but there had always been something... different about her.

Freyja is 17 when she arrives at Baldur's Gate after a dream from Bhaal and some direct guidance from Sceleritas. The city is nothing like what she is used to. It's filled with so many different people and so many rules and a whole lot more complications than the wilderness. How will Freyja cope as she seeks out Sarevok and his murder cult dedicated to her father.

Summary
Fox (unwilling dark urge) has found herself alone and isolated. The only people she believed could understand her through their shared affliction now regard her with distaste after a series of bloody and unfortunate events that had not been her fault. The only person she had any semblance of trust in was Astarion who hadn't gone completely hostile. That was until she found him about ready to bury his fangs into her in the middle of the night.

Summary
Tensions are rising as the tadpole troupe finally get to Baldur's Gate. The city is overwhelmed by earthquakes, steel watchers and shapeshifters and to top all of it off, one of the adventurers destined to save it can't even get a good night's sleep. Fox has yet to tell anyone other than Astarion of her true nature and she is extremely keen on keeping it that way until she bumps into a wisened elf halfway through the night.
