Summary
Sometimes, the current technologies available can be rather boring. Especially when you're a spacefaring alien with amnesia (not that the Doctor would ever confirm this...) with more downtime than work given the current Terra political climate of (relative) peace. No golden retrievers shattering the sky, no demented goats fighting the scourges of your old civilisation, and especially no walking sashimi trying to bring about Armageddon. Fortunately, there is a new tactic the Doctor is more than willing to employ.
