Summary
Legend never considered himself the best of their group, nobody in the group did. It was unsaid, but most of them agreed that either Sky or Hyrule was the strongest between their swordsmanship and magical prowess respectively. However, the Oracle Nayru once said otherwise.
In a dungeon, the Chain arrives at the final boss room, where a dehydrated corpse that later claims to be a Sheikah Monk demands to fight the greatest of the heroes, alone.
Hyrule is just far too much of a fanboy for Legend to escape this fight he thinks he will lose.

Summary
Legend was not the kindest Link, he was sharp and he was not afraid to snap at anyone for any reason. This causes some problems between him and Twilight.
Legend honestly is just bad at talking to people, so when his inability to be nice when trying to tell someone to take some personal regard for their safety (at least from his perspective) is called out, he decides to fall back on some old, fairly unhealthy coping mechanisms: specifically, silence.

Fable has to travel to Labyrnna and, with a rising fanatic group, Legend accompanies her as protection, leaving the rest of the Chain at Hyrule Castle.
Warriors is talking to Impa when Ravio runs in, Impa leaves, and he and Hyrule discover that Fable’s envoy was attacked and their highness was captured.
Little do they know that Legend and Fable switched places, for the latter’s protection.

Summary
Legend, Four, and Sky are assigned a list of supplies to fetch from Kakariko while in Legend’s Hyrule, but without any time to go to Legend’s house as they already found rumors for the monsters they’re searching, Legend convinces Four and Sky to let him take a detour. Besides, he and Four have Pegasus Boots, they’d be back before Sky finished finding everything on his list.
Except when they get to Legend’s house, the door is unlocked but Ravio hasn’t set up a shop in the front room.

The chain is split up completely after the most recent portal. Legend decides to move faster by swimming across the saltwater lake to the village on the opposing side in hopes his companions would find there way there too.
Except he hears a distress call, one that merfolk make, and decides to investigate in a cave that opens into a cavern. He fails to see the flaw in this logic until he finds out what was making that call.

Deciding to accept the chance to prepare, he alerts Zelda and Ravio about the possibility of a new adventure… then he gets roped into hunting down these new monsters springing up across Hyrule.
AKA: Dark Link impersonates Legend except it’s all from Legend’s POV so he is very confused when a group of blond weirdos try to kill him
