Summary
Robby laughs, or maybe he sobs. Jack thinks the latter from the way his voice warbles. He shrugs in that typical Robby way: hands still in his pockets, shoulders up to his ears, another shake of his head. “There’s nothing to talk about anymore.”

Summary
Trinity didn’t mean to snoop around her co-workers' things, but maybe she did. She had no clue about this, did anyone else?
Since when was Robby’s emergency contact Jack? When did this happen? Why?
Thousands of questions ran through her mind, but it all started to make sense. The little nudges, cracking each other up with bad jokes, the hugging, the looks they give eachother…holy shit.
---
Trinity finds out that Jack and Robby are a thing via her snooping around...

Summary
Robby shifted the takeout bag to his left hand as he unlocked the door to Jack's condo, then walked in. He started to call out—
A moan stopped him short. He zeroed in on the black leather couch, spotting a naked woman riding an equally naked Jack, flat on his back, his hands obscene on her hips as he pulled her down onto him.
No, not just a naked woman. A naked Emery Walsh.

Summary
Four hours into his shift, Jack was out in the ambulance bay, trying his best not to kick the damn bike – he’d been over there every hour, checking that it hadn’t moved. He’d even checked the abandoned wing, but had to admit it: Robby was nowhere to be found.
He looked at his phone for the fifth time in less than a minute. Fuck it, what was the point of his therapist saying “feel free to call in case of emergency” every week for the past five years if Jack never took her up on it?
The phone rang only once before a worried voice answered, “Jack?”
“I need you to talk me out of tracking Robby down and locking him up in my basement,” he spat.
.
Or: after Robby's done rocking Baby Jane Doe, the bike doesn't move, Robby takes shelter, and Jack's heart is tested.-

Summary
“I’m sorry, I’m sure I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know.”
But Robby didn’t know any of this.
Sure, there were casual mentions of dates, but since Liz, Robby had never even gotten a hint of something more serious brewing.
He couldn’t imagine Jack Abbot, confident, controlled, a little cocky at times, pining after someone.

Summary
Jack gritted his teeth together before he placed a palm on the thin wood and gently pushed it open.
And there was Robby, back against the wall and legs splayed out in front of him, palms resting limply on his thighs. He was fully dressed, still in his scrubs. His skin was an odd combination of pale yet flushed; his cheeks were a concerning shade of rosy and the bags under his eyes were darker than Jack had ever seen. And that was saying something.

Summary
Dr. Michael Robinavitch had just been passing by the staff room where the doctors were decompressing when he saw that one of his senior residents and an intern were out for the count. He decided to come in and tell them, "Hey guys, it's time to get back to wor…. Wait what's wrong?"
“ You know the kid that came in with a cough, and we thought it was pneumonia, but it turned out there were nodes in his lungs on CAT scan and he then transferred out to the Children's Hospital her in Pittsburgh to receive more specialized care at the pediatric hospital.” Whitaker informed their attending.
Robby nodded.
“Well we're just really quite down because we won't be able to follow the kid and see if he's doing okay. He was a really sweet kid.” Dr. Mel King added.
Doctor Robby then looked at Whitaker and then looked at King and decided, Well, shit as he huffed under his breath, "Fuck," he circled around to the empty chair and sat down and said, "Okay kids, so I'm going to tell you a story, and then we're going to get back to work."
