Summary
Merlin had only told Gwaine about the true nature of his and Arthur’s spontaneous trip. Then thinking that someone with some common sense should also know, Arthur confided in Leon who couldn’t say he was surprised in the slightest that they had gotten married.
Not long later, Leon was fairly sure Gwaine had told all of the knights and castle staff. It was a wonder in itself that word hadn’t yet got back to Uther.
So yes, the thought of an ignorant Uther playing matchmaker was quite a big problem.
OR
Merlin and Arthur end up getting married and actually don't mind being each others forever, but Uther doesn't know this and puts a spanner in the works.

Summary
Merlin can't stand Arthur, and he's more than sure Arthur feels the same way. It's been that way for as long as Merlin can remember. There's no reason for that to change. He's fine with the way things are. It's not as if he likes him or anything. No, the person he likes is Al, one of his best friends that he talks to about everything. The only problem is they met online and despite knowing they go to the same school, Merlin has no idea who Al really is. Things grow more complicated when Merlin and Arthur are forced to work together on a project and Merlin starts to realize that maybe Arthur isn't as bad as he thought.

Summary
Three days before the time limit, King Arthur learns of an agreement. He must unite with, which he soon found out meant ‘to marry’, the Leader of the Druids, or the Old Religion would reclaim the magic that protects Camelot.
The problem is that the current Leader of the Druids is Emrys, a man he has never met. And this man seemed to be seeing Merlin, his old flame with whom he parted on poor terms but still had affections for.
