Summary
So this story randomly popped up in my head and it wasn't going anywhere. No summery at the moment title is basically a summary Evan from 12 years old lived at camp half-blood left at 18 to find his own way. He actually has a semi functional relationship with Hephaestus his godly parent. Hopefully this goes well and is well liked.

Summary
Evan “Buck” Buckley didn’t have an easy childhood… His parents never loved him and he was okay with that now, because he had a true family.
He had the 118, and he had his Demigod family.
But when one of those family members is lost in a tragic accident at a lab and even Buck and his demigod siblings are powerless to stop it he feels broken.
A piece of his family gone…
But maybe not? For when his soul is not found in the underworld, and his friends inform him of the missing demigods as of late a sinister plot seems to come forth.
For a reckoning was coming.
The mist was failing, and with it a collision of the godly and human worlds was inevitable.
One thing, however, rang true.
Buck was a fighter, and a protector and he would do anything to save those whom he loves, no matter the cost.

Evan Buckley wasn’t born under a prophecy or with a holy choir singing in the background. He wasn’t even born for himself. He was born to save a dying brother - and he failed.
When Evan ran away from home on the Jeep his sister gave to him, he didn't expect to discover a dark secret within his medical files. That he was born to be a bone marrow dispenser for a dead boy - and that everyone else knew but him. He thought his parents and sister were the only ones who could give him answers - but the road trip from hell seems hellbent on proving otherwise.
There’s a dragon-snake thing in Florida. Flesh-eating horses in Montana. And an old goat-man who insists Evan’s “Obama-Care hands” is totally normal, then gave him a map to some camp in the New York woods.
Cool. No notes.
As if unearthing family trauma wasn’t enough, now Evan’s weird quirks - making promises, sensing lies, the way animals listen to him - they just might mean something. Like, maybe he’s a demigod. Which is definitely not a thing. Right?
Because Evan Buckley might be spiraling, but even he knows better than to join a cult in the woods. Probably.

Summary
An AU 9-1-1 and Percy Jackson universe mashup cause I like both series.
Truthfully they just weren’t the religious sort. That is until their son Daniel is diagnosed with juvenile leukemia.
It is then that the Buckley’s are more open to religion. More open to divine help. More open to anything that would help them keep their son alive.
Apollo only meets with the Buckley’s a few times throughout Margaret’s pregnancy. He tells them that he can’t be too involved for godly reasons, and warns them that the child they now bear will be unlike their other two children.
