In another chair also sat an asian, elegant looking woman that Ilya recognised as Shane’s mother, and next to her was standing a middle aged white man that had to be Shane’s father.

When Ilya goes to visit Shane at the hospital his parents, Hayden Pike and his wife are in the room. Even so, he finds himself being unable to leave. Stuff happens next.
