when i tell you this is the best langtu fic i have ever read, i mean it. i genuinely fell in love with this story, i purposefully delayed reading after i got to 85% because i did not want it to end. this story made me cry countless times, but it honestly made me so happy. this author had me incredibly invested in both timelines, and their writing style was impeccable. the wenlang perspective, gao tu's characterization, hua yong scenes, shaoyou cameos, and huasheng and lele made it all perfect. they wrote wenlang's character so well. this story was too good. i will always wish i could read it again for the first time. infinite kudos to the author for this masterpiece. <33
