Summary
Being a clone grown in a lab means Kon-El is used to floating in limbo—not quite human, not quite Kryptonian, and entirely unsure of his place in the world. But while Superman and Lex Luthor tear up Metropolis arguing over his destiny, Kon finds his own version of stability in the form of a Wayne Enterprises credit card and a sarcastic Gothamite who actually sees him as a person.
(Or: Kon causes a parenting crisis mid-battle, and Tim is entirely to blame.)

Summary
It's no secret that Tim is a little weird, a little might be an understatement. The point is, Kon was aware of that fact before they started their weird homoerotic friendship and he was aware of it before he started falling in love with him. The only problem is that Kon seems to be into it, just a bit … maybe more than just a bit.

“You tell anyone my identity and I’ll give the press the pictures I have of you.” Kon replied.
Tim paused, his body going taut. Something dark filled his eyes and he took another step closer to Kon, their chests pressed together. “That’s hot,” he said, “Who knew you were such a freak?”
“You did the same thing, didn't you?” Kon breathed.
Or: Conner has been stalking Tim Drake, an amazing guy he's in love with. Tim has been stalking Conner Luthor, a great guy he's going to make his. Who knew they were both superheroes?

Summary
The first time Kon met Tim, he felt a small fire light up in the pit of his stomach. He blamed the food, but deep down he knew it was the start of something far more dangerous.
The more laughs they shared, the more fleeting touches, the hotter the fire burned — until Tim’s gaze began to drift elsewhere.
Jealousy turns the flame into something consuming. And the lines Kon once swore he’d never cross suddenly don’t seem so impossible.

nyeh. personally i would've done more preparation for the kidnapping, one does not simply abduct kon-el and expect him to be fine with it! tim should've been more loving pre-kidnapping and not turn up the crazy to 10 off the bat. everyone knows the best manipulation to get the stockholm syndrome going is to be sympathetic, he could've explained that something happened to make kon unsafe (lying, but kon wouldn't know that) and since superman didn't deign it important enough to tell kon or do anything about, tim simply had to take drastic measures! then slowly introduce the pictures to the room and make comments about having taken various photos when asked, and boom! combine that strategy with kon having a crush already and soon you'd have him eating out of the palm of your hand. but noooo this universe's tim decided to use none of the lessons he used from any of his mentors and go all out immediately. doesn't he know about planning?
