Summary
Kaeya comes to a rest behind Albedo, hands on his shoulders. He smells like smoke and whopperflowers and his half-ponytail has fallen out over the day, letting fair hair cascade over his ears. Kaeya knows that’s what people see when they look at the two of them- fair adam, the first man and a touch too curious for his own good, and the serpent with one eye stabbed out by eve. For all that they were made of the same land, the same dirt and chalk, Albedo was made perfect and Kaeya a last ditch attempt.

Summary
There's a tiny clock on his wrist, bright red numbers. It's supposed to tick, supposed to move, supposed to tell him when he'll meet his soulmate. The time will run to zero when they've met, moving numbers will become stationary—the ticking that signified uncertainty transforming to the silent stability of forever.
Iwaizumi Hajime's clock hasn't ticked for as long as he can remember.

Summary
Settling down with each other is naturally what comes after being dorm neighbors for years. It’s time to navigate through adulthood together, to live the daily grind of being pro-heroes, to learn more than they thought they’d like to know about each other, about themselves.
Or how Bakugou and Kirishima find a way to call each other “home” and struggle with the realization that once all their bills are on auto-pay, the only thing they still have to deal with is this pit full of feelings they have ignored for too long.
