Summary
“Buck,” is all he manages to utter, and then, there are tears streaming down his face. Buck practically leaps in his direction, just in time to catch him.
Eddie’s body is limp in his arms, and all there is for a moment is loud, soul-shattering sobs.
Carefully, Buck lets them sink to the ground, Eddie clawing at his back, his face buried in the crook of his neck while he cries. Bits and pieces of words escape his throat, but they're unintelligible.
All Buck can understand is his name.,or the post-funeral fic.
