Summary
Dick is heartbroken when he learns that Bruce has adopted a new kid, and let him be Robin without even thinking to ask. He decides that he doesn’t want to let Bruce’s problems prevent him from having a relationship with his sort of younger brother though, so he now tries to get to know Jason.
Bruce is still struggling with missing his first son, desperately wishing he would come back home and start talking to him again, but he doesn’t know how to express himself.
Selina hates to admit it, but after all these years she realizes Bruce is the only one she’s ever really loved. Yet she’s not even sure she really believes that Bruce is capable of the kind of love she wishes he would feel for her.
Can Bruce learn to show the people he loves how he really feels about them?

"If Todd skipped out on too many family meals, Grayson would be marching over to one of his safe houses and dragging him to the manor. If Brown or Cain was gone on a mission for too long, the family would make time for them to relax and Pennyworth would make their favorite meals to entice them to dinner. If Damian was too far into his head and feeling frustrated they would give him enough space that he didn't feel coddled but also open that door for him and eventually force him out of his own head.
But Drake... He hadn't come to family dinner for three months now, Todd never made it to the two month mark. Drake hasn't come back to the manor after a mission for anything longer than a sitrep and debrief. (Of which Drake consistently lied about and avoided medical attention every night and not once did anyone call him on it). And Drake was always in his own head and no one seemed to bother to pull him out. No one coddled, no open doors, no forcing him to float, just... letting him drown."

“Dick?” Bruce voice echoes from the room over. “Is that you?”
“Yeah,” Jason hums, pitching his voice slightly higher to match Dick’s.
He doesn’t even need to try to mask his Crime Alley drawl; he’s had enough practice of that over time, after all those years in stiff-collared dress shirts, speaking to rich gala attendees and acting as if he wasn’t filthier than the bottom of their dress shoes. Back when he was still Bruce's son.
After a run-in with a sorcerer leaves Bruce temporarily blind, Jason takes advantage of this to visit the manor whilst pretending to be Dick.
