A simple canon complaint retelling of one of my favorite (and most heartbreaking scenes) from Clare's Sims series where Lilith sacrifices herself to save Sammy B and bring Phoenix back from the dead. An exploration of Lilith as a character and her relationships with her family, especially with Sammy.

Summary
After an encounter with Eve, Sammy B is left badly injured, possibly cursed, and can feel his magic draining. Not sure who else to turn to, he teleports himself to Micah's doorstep in Strangerville. Micah is not prepared for any of this, having not spoken to Sammy in two years, but he promises to do whatever he can to help his old friend.

A Micah and Sammy B (Sicah) fic where they reunite, save each other, and eventually fall in love. Set in between Clare's Witches and Vampires series. Hurt/comfort, but also some domestic fluff. Magic shenanigans and crazy lore that I made up on the spot will ensue in future chapters.

She has sharp eyes indeed, and can’t help but notice the little details about a person, especially one she spends a lot of time looking at, almost obsessively.
That's how she notices it, the tiny scar on the left side of Jake's forehead, above his eyebrow and just below his hairline, about three centimeters in length and two in width. It nearly blends in with the soft peach of his skin, and Amy figures it must be from forever ago.

Mitch can handle Silvers, sometimes even better than he can handle ordinary people. He can handle the Whisperers, who send him Dreams and tell him things. He'd be fine with them both, if they were the only things out there in the world that most other people can't see. The problem is, the Bad Ones also exist, and while some of them are stuck in place, others definitely aren't, and they're not something Mitch wants to run into anytime, anywhere--especially not in Scott and Mark's living room.

Summary
Mitch has never called them ghosts. They're the "Silver People" or, sometimes, the "Silvers" for short. He's seen and talked to them since he was a little kid, and the worst trouble they've ever caused is the occasional cold spot when oblivious living people just can't seem to find the right place to sit. Some Silvers he even loves in a way, like Charles, his nearly constant companion since he and Scott moved into their first L.A. apartment.
The problem is, the Silver People aren't the only things out there. He's seen entities ("entities," for God's sake!) that are grotesque, or creepy, or definitely not something he appreciates encountering in his bathroom in the dead of night. Worst of all, though, is one he hasn't come across in a long, long time, though it's fed his nightmares and haunted the edges of his awareness for nearly twenty years.
The last place he expects to meet it again is in Scott and Mark's living room.
