⊹. જ⁀➴ thoughts: this fic is soo soooooo underrated and absolutely fucking AMAZING I so so adoreeee itt!! we have a badass fmc, a goofy mmc, both slytherins, and they're so fucking cool and their FRENCH and their father is SIRIUS FCKING BLACK ACKK and also the fmc, she is so fucking cool the way she just plots out revenge plans arghhh I love her, like, if she gave me just one chance..
also the chess themes and metaphors and shite in the writing is so fucking cool and poetic and argh I love the prose and everything
and riev, the mmc, he's so silly and goofy we love him but he's also really fucking clever too?? we also love how he has no idea what to do w his future, like he's not all that ambitious but he still has dreams yk?? and also we love him then getting the ambition to be a healer!! altho it's not fully fleshed out yet, we get to that more in the second fic

Summary

OH and let's not forget MARY, ANDROMEDA, NARCISSA!! we love poppy and minerva and aberforth, too, as well as little bill and lavender, and Pandora is soo sweet we love her so so much, and oooof, dorlene was a HARD punch to the gut, their always such a tragedy in every fic I read, oooh and then and then WOLFSTARRR ack
also, honorable mention to sirius and his crazily good knack at identifying real precious stones and jewels and jewellery and shit from fakes??? it's such a cool little detail I love it
