Summary
Warriors had long stopped paying attention to his surroundings, foregoing his usual situational awareness in order to prevent tripping again. He was even colder than before, and it took almost all the shreds of self-discipline he still had to keep his teeth from chattering.
Or: Warriors is a miserable wet cat with a headache and gets taken care of by his brothers

Summary
The sun. The sun.
It was warm on his face, a gentle caress. A crisp breeze rustled through his tattered clothing, making him aware of the moisture in his eyes and on his cheeks. Had the sky always been so blue? The grass always so soft and fluffy? He would never take it for granted again. He noticed absently that his hands were shaking; his entire body was shaking.
He had made it out.

Summary
Legend was sure of three things.
One. An unexpected portal had dropped him in the middle of goddesses knew where, goddesses knew when, and he couldn’t see anyone else. It wasn’t the first time they had been split up. It was the first time Legend was all alone.
Two. He didn’t have his bag. He shoved this fact to the recesses of his mind, determined not to dwell on it any longer than he had to.
Three. It was cold. It was so cold that clouds of condensation puffed in front of his face, so cold that he could already feel the shivers wracking his body. Cold that he wasn’t prepared for in the slightest.
Or: Legend and Warriors are stranded in the snow with no supplies.

Summary
He didn’t want the strangers getting anywhere near him. He wanted his Mam, and he wanted to roll down the grassy hill with Linkle, and he wanted to sit in the worn rocking chair by the kitchen and try to sound out his Da’s books. But he knew he had no way of getting out of the trap by himself, and it hurt.
Or: Warriors gets de-aged just before he meets the Chain (in a rather unfortunate set of circumstances)

Summary
Three days had come and gone, and Warriors had not slept.
A hazy fog had descended over his mind, his body. He knew it wasn’t good for him, doggedly pushing through as his stress levels ratcheted higher and higher. But it was well beyond his control now, and he was fighting a battle he didn’t know how to win.
He really didn’t like fighting battles he didn’t know how to win.
How could he calm the swirling paranoia when he had a job to do, brothers to watch over? How could he sleep when he didn’t know what would happen once his eyes slipped shut?
Or: Warriors is stressed, exhausted, and not sleeping. After reaching a breaking point, his brothers care for him.

Summary
The hurricane should have killed him.
It tore him out of the reef and left him half-dead on a shore where human hands found him before the sea could take him back.
The fighting pits should have killed him.
Over twenty-five bouts, blood-clouded water, teeth and claws and crowds screaming for him as he became Legend.
Legend thought rotting away in Yuga's glass cage would kill him.
Behind glass, under lights, with a sealed lid above him and infection eating through him, Legend had started to understand that he might not survive being kept.
That was before a stranger with green eyes and indigo hair walked into Yuga’s office, looked at him too closely, and came back to steal him away.
But Legend is not salvage, and unfortunately for Ravio, Legend has no intention of being anyone's treasure.

Summary
Link, Hero of Legend, is massively screwed.
Underbrush cracks under his feet and leaves fly behind him as he sprints through the forest, loose branches catching on his clothes, his hair; snapping at his arms, clawing at his feet.
It doesn’t matter. He has to go faster.
........................................
OR... Legend is cornered by the soldiers of his world, and the 8 strange travelers they have recruited to help chase him down.
Misunderstandings, unwilling rescue missions, ridiculous names (what kind of a name is 'Warriors'?) and protective Links ensue.

Summary
Wars sounds like he’s choking slightly. He can see his adam’s apple bobbing frantically beneath flesh. His skin is an unnatural pale, and he’s…looking at nothing. He’s completely silent.
Four feels fear seize his heart in a vice.
Or: The Chain is reminded of how quickly and deadly their journey can get, and I lowkey make them suffer (because I love them and we as a fandom love angst and whump).

Link meets the Chain under perhaps the worst conditions possible - strung up to the ceiling, and bleeding onto Ganon's half-formed incarnation. One currently being made of the curse in his blood.

Summary
Wind never liked being coddled or sat out or treated like a child. He was fourteen and, more importantly, he was an older brother. Teens were not so different from adults, not when it came to needs, and what Warriors needed right then had taken years of older-brother-ing for Wind to perfect.
When children cried, people listened.
When adults cried, there was never anyone around to listen.
That needed to change.
