Dominique turned her head to stare at her childhood friend and crush, this was probably for the best. Noé was the only vampire she had met that didn’t hold any hostility towards the blue moon and he wasn’t afraid of the book either. She had thought that Noé needed someone but maybe that wasn’t the case, maybe the person who really needed someone was Vanitas.
She tsk’ed and wiped her eyes before smiling wide, “Listen Noé, what I’m about to tell you may surprise you but you have to listen to me okay?”
Noé still looked extremely worried from having seen his best friend laugh then burst into tears in the span of 5 minutes but he nodded nevertheless. Dominique grabbed both his hands and looked him in the eyes.
