junhui was jealous and he was aware of it. he felt horrible about his jealousy. why does he feel jealous of his own members, they were so supportive, they were so kind, they were junhui’s backbone, yet he was jealous. he was so selfish that junhui felt that he doesn’t deserve their love and attention and should just be left alone. sometimes, he was so angry at them that he felt like screaming and blaming them for his problems and emotions. sometimes, he secretly hoped that he would be compared to someone else, he wanted to be the role model for others. he wanted to feel superior for once. gosh, he was so mean. of course, he knew they weren’t to blame, it was his own fault anyway. junhui really hated himself, he was so egocentric and ungrateful. he wanted to clear all those thoughts but it didn’t work, these thoughts still taunt him every day.

“the power’s out,” wonwoo says then. voice grave. and afraid. and like, oozing with regret, all of a sudden. he starts walking around the kitchen, flipping switches and stuff like it’s really going to do anything. he scratches his head in genuine confusion, then heads over to the window, pushing his blinds aside just barely to peek out.
“what do you mean the power’s out?” junhui squawks. “you know what? I need to go. do you want me to—I don’t know. I can like, call mingyu and he can talk you through how to fix it or whatever? or wait, why am I calling mingyu, you have his number, you can—”
“jun-ah,” wonwoo says, voice even graver, even more afraid, oozing with like, tons more regret somehow. “you’re not going anywhere. have you seen outside?”
“what?” junhui feels all the hair on his body stand straight up. in pure fear. utter horror. “I have to leave. there’s like, a storm coming, and I have plans to facetime soonyoungie later, and also, we’re totally not—”
oh, god. oh, fuck.

Three days ago, Jun had mistakenly eaten a bowl of malatang he thought Kwon Soonyoung had ordered on his behalf, as Jun had requested, of course. Only to find out later that it had been mistakenly sent to his department when it was meant for someone in the Mathematics department, which was right next door.
To be exact, it was Jeon Wonwoo’s.
Jeon Wonwoo, whom he hadn’t spoken to ever since he started teaching. Jeon Wonwoo, whom he could only want to describe as that guy who teaches Algebra and Calculus and who, according to Kwon Soonyoung, will get along well with Jun in the gastronomical aspect and beyond.
But Jun already knew that.

Saito nods and taps a finger to her chin. “Ah, so, we’ve got Bokuto Koutarou, devoted to a life with an unnamed individual, Hinata Shoyo, who loves everyone but has his heart set on someone from his past, Sakusa Kiyoomi, who currently cares only for volleyball, and Miya Atsumu, adored by all but loved by none. How interesting! You definitely are a wild bunch of very different people when it comes to love!”
Atsumu’s breath hitches in his throat, and her comment kind of pisses him off, but he tries his best to smile and laugh it off. She says that like he’s unlovable, and ‘Sakusa Kiyoomi, who currently cares only for volleyball’? That seems pretty rude too, he thinks. It’s not like Sakusa’s heartless, even if he is all reserved and stuff.
He doesn’t really listen to much else of what she has to say after that, deciding that he doesn’t really like her that much, and balls his hands into fists in his pockets.
‘Miya Atsumu, adored by all but loved by none.’
