Sanji gets caught by a devil fruit user. While he was trapped, he was reminded of his traumatic past.
The crew saves him, but they all noticed something was wrong. He was more quiet than usual. Cooking more. Wanting more night watch shifts. And especially Sanji was less flirty to the women on board.
The crew had to find out what was hurting their precious cook.

Summary
While Sanji and the crew were fighting, Sanji takes the hit for Nami when she almost got struck by a Devil Fruit user. He brushes it off like nothing happened but a few days later after the fight, Sanji started to act a bit unusual. Almost cat-like.
During night Sanji woke up, gasping for air, clenching his hair and running to the bathroom. He immediately looked in the mirror and started to freak out. He now has cat ears, and a tail?

"Zoro drops to the floor, cupping his hands over it. Anywhere else he would just kill it, but he doubts the cook wants bug guts in his kitchen. Grimacing against weird skittering in his hands, he scoops it up and starts walking back out, Sanji scooting away from the door to let him pass.

Sanji can't stop thinking about the dumbass mosshead after he turns up on the Sunny with a perky pair of tits and a tight, round ass. He slowly loses his mind trying to convince himself that it's the same old idiot swordsman it's always been, and maybe that is exactly the problem.
