Summary
Much to his chagrin, Saiki has found himself the object of affection for the prettiest girl in the school. He’s tried almost everything to get Teruhashi to lose interest in him without hurting her feelings (and consequently sending her fan club after him… and potentially losing his friend).
Fortunately, the school’s rumor mill offers the perfect solution: reject her by letting everyone know he doesn't like girls. Unfortunately, it involves fake-dating one Toritsuka Reita, aka the only person Saiki trusts to not fall for him, for this plan to work. Good grief.

I somehow manage to resist dropping everything to hug the cat. This disturbs Ayato even more.
“Sorry, one moment, Miiko. Ayato, are you okay? You're not getting bullied? None of your friends are having any potentially life threatening issues of the mental or physical nature? You don’t have any life threatening disease or-”
